This article points out something I've known for a long, long time, namely that our education system favors girls. George Gilder pointed this out to me in a book he wrote back around 1980. But what I've learned recently, due to my particular circumstances, is that the problem of males fslling behind seems to be much, much worse in eastern Europe. The typical east European (of either sex, from what I've heard) views the typical male as a worthless drunk. This is not meant to make us feel better in any way. Just if you think of praying for Ukraine or Russia, pray that God would raise up some male leadership.
